Short summary for the english folks:
Its basically an article about an incident that happened during the BvB-Schalke Derby. Schalke Fan was beaten unconscious and claims that guys who attacked him are part of Dortmunds security team.
Several other people, including a police officer, claim that the security team is getting slowly inflitrated by German Neo Nazi´s, some of them even members of one of Dortmunds Ultras groups called Desperados.
Dortmund is well known as a stronghold of neonazis in western germany. Also the personal links between members of the "national resistance Dortmund", which was recently banned by the state, and members of "Desperados" and "Northside" has been reported several times. Borussia Dortmund is doing quite a lot to get it under control, as they had done in the 90ties with the extremist "Borussenfront" hooligan firm, so it is quite a surprise, that they possibly ignored it in their own security team. The security measures, that had been agreed on yesterday by the Bundesliga, are maybe controversial, but i support the one which demands a better quality of security companies. Not only in Dortmund.
