Some good football from Dortmund indeed, and Gotze..my, my what a player! :P

Forget Lewandowski, Fergie's next target from Dortmund will surely be Blaszczykowski after that dive to win a penalty (which he scored)... defender barely touched him before he threw himself down.

Edit: Mind you, nothing dodgy about his second goal, Gotze is just too good. Dortmund play some sumptuous football, I find it more entertaining than Barca personally as it's more varied and direct.

Agree! Love to watch them! Also Juve have some good matches so hope both clubs will make SF in CL.

I think the German league is better than are Premier league. You only after look at Borussia Dortmund brilliant team but miles behind Bayern Munich. One of these 2 teams could win the champions league this season.

It's a ground I want to visit just to witness that.

I'll never forget their away fans at te Etihad. I found keep looking at them, the constant chanting and incredible atmosphere. Their football wasn't bad either ;)

Gotze and Blas(pole) are the players in that outfit that I'd crave. If Gotze is too much it'd be great to get the pole. Silva on left side and the pole on the right.

Sahins on, looking forward to seeing him at home.

I'd say we had a stronger division overall but they're most certainly on the up and imo the Premier League has been sliding since our recession. City, Chelsea and United aiming for the top and then we have the top 4 rival few and then the rest of the league is ticking over and happy to exist. German football is in healthier shape and the country richer than ours right now. I believe that they'll tale over in 5 years. The only thing preventing the league from being number one is the language imo. Spanish and English is widely spoken. Hopefully the new tv deal starts to pick up the lesser outfits in our league and hopefully prices halt. Can't see it though.

I think, what really helps the Bundesliga: The system of producing homegrown players has started to work.

The average age of players in the Bundesliga since 2005:

2005: 27.26 years
2006: 26.90
2007: 26.81
2008: 26,89
2009: 26,65
2010: 26.31
2011: 25.98
2012: 25.76
2013: 25.86

26.6 per cent of players in the Bundesliga this season (data from december 2012) had been U21 players compared to 16.9 per cent and 17.3 per cent in Spain and England

I've always had a soft spot for them mind. one of their fans gave me a mug and CD of their chants last time i was there.

Borussia Dortmund 3-0 1.FC Nürnberg. att. 80,100
1:0 Blaszczykowski (18.), 2:0 Blaszczykowski (21.), 3:0 Lewandowski (88.)
At least the 250 Schalke fans supporting their Nürnberg friends had a party

Eintracht Frankfurt 2-1 TSG Hoffenheim att. 38,100
1:0 Lanig (35.), 1:1 Volland (65.), 2:1 Aigner (67.)
Now Hoffenheim is finally in the relegation zone

FC Augsburg 0-0 Schalke 04 att. 28,553
FCA should have won this

Borussia M´gladbach 2-1 Fortuna Düsseldorf att.50,315

Fortuna a sleeping beauty in the first 15 minutes of the small Rhine derby

Greuther Fürth 0-3 Mainz 05 att.14,425
0:1 Szalai (53.), 0:2 Malli (65.), 0:3 Szalai (84.)

Hannover 96 2-1 VfL Wolfsburg att. 38.800
1:0 Abdellaoue (3.), 2:0 Diouf (38.), 2:1 Madlung (46.)
