Fuck it, they're all shit anyway (the players and coaching staff that is). Probably best if we drop out of the top 4 so we can tear everything down and start again after such an abysmal season with so much awful football and so many awful performances and such an awful atmosphere around the club.

Are you drunk? Just askin' like.

No just tired of your wanton relentless pitifully predictable negativity.
Cheer up!!

We'll be back.

Just come back from Benidorm with a few guys with learning disabilities and other obvious disabilities. ( it's a work thing )
Waiting on a taxi to go out to to old town Sunday afternoon (iv got a old Saab shirt on and one of the guys I'm supporting had a rag cap on and another has a rag shirt on)
4 lads bowl out of a taxi from airport eyes bulging out of there heads ( obviously coked out of there mined, ( this is lunch time by the by ) Burnley this Burnley that, Munich c**^ s to the disabled lads, flicking cigs at my shirt
I'm like wtf , I know Benidorm can be lively and plenty if stag nights and lads with banta, but its obvious the guys I'm with are very vulnerable and harmless. ( (one guy with downs stood there physically shaking )
Got myself in between the young gob shite and the guy with a crippled arm and rag cap on only to get a slight head but
( nothing serious but enough for a clatenberg red card ) before one of the older vermin realised what our group was all about .... All the sorry in the world didn't change the fact my guys was terrified around the hotel the last 3 days of there holiday and it cost me a fortune taking them out of the all inclusive every day to keep away from these knobs..
Hope we smash the classless c **ts big time ..

With Chelsea dropping out against PSG we really need to start kicking into gear, they just aren't that good. We seriously need to put some proper pressure on the twats and stop bottling it. Every time this year Chelsea have dropped points we have done the same and now they are going to be under real pressure to win the league. We need to ensure we are professional against Burnley, get the points on the board and then they have to win against Southampton on Sunday which will be tricky for them. If things go our way, it is one more step to clawing points back from a position we have gone on to win the title from before.

We need to win, we have no injuries, we have had more then a week off to relax and prepare, no excuses!

I don't really have a good feeling about this match. I have been scarred since the 2-2 with them mainly as our season seems to have fallen to bits since that result

I find the pendulum casting technique often catches more, but it is somwhat difficult to execute correctly.

Strongly disagree

Was afraid our fans would sound like rags. Just not this soon. We are the most successful side over the last 4-5 years in England. Now we have a season with ups and downs and circumstances not going for us that are out of the managers reach. And instead of reminding ourselves where we have been and come from -something most rags never witnessed- we prefer to snipe and moan. Fantastic. So we finish second? So we get kicked out of the CL by the team that has been awesome in that competition for a decade? So we need another two years to rebuild and won't win silverware that is a bonus anyway?

Burnley away will be tricky as all away games are, except at old shitfort. We can win and are favorites to do so. No matter 4-5-1 or 4-4-2 or whoever plays as our CBs or CFs. If the players perform we get a result. And we'll see from than on. We are City ffs. You can start crying like rags when the sheik pulls out. We have so much more luggage as a fan we should know better. Apparently some already forgot about this ...

Eversince 76 is quite correct. Who plays, what fancy system we adopt, or what line-up we select, are secondary to how the players perform.

The England cricket team got obsessed with "data", theories, stats, line-ups, etc, but just forgot how to play on the day. It's the same in football (almost) - if the talented players we have play out of their skins, we have a chance. The manager must ensure this. Shankly, Clough, Ferguson would have done so, by whatever cunning psychology they practised. Great managers get their teams to become better than the sum of their individual parts.

If not, good-night Vienna.
