I make the point because it’s professional football and just because you are sat in the bench it doesn’t mean you get to play.

They are kids who sat on our first team bench tonight and that experience will do them far more good than getting beat at Sunderland with the reserves.

Pep gets paid to win football games, not give everyone a game and he does it better than anyone else in the business.
