damoclese is a clever man and i watched his words a lot...even clever men are wrong sometimes..im willing to back my balls up and say he is wrong
What is he saying that's wrong? A forum is place to debate things but the Dzeko fanboys (who couldn't give a shit about city) cant take anything negative about him.

he is wrong cos he is representing mario too much

imo

if we were to put it another way mario or edin to start?

id pick edin to start every time at the moment.

he's not worth 27p, let alone 27m, I wonder why Mike Rigg was sacked!!
Clueless.
Says the FOOL
If Dzeko isn't worth £27 million, and has a better goals to game ratio (with less starts more than likely) than Mario;

What would you say Mario is worth? For arguments sake, granted Mario has marketing appeal, but so does Dzeko when you consider the influx of fans he has brought.

Dzeko has a positive attitude and comes across as clean cut, and 'a nice lad'.

He's dug us out of trouble more than a few times with vital goals.

He's never openly complained (to my knowledge).

I'd like him to be an amazing success with us.

However, no player should be beyond a bit of criticism in certain aspects of their play. Dzeko is no exception.
I do believe confidence is a significant factor for him - so much so that I believe his 'natural' ability is pretty good, but he tends to fluff things more when he's got time to think about it... i.e. When it's a split second touch or header, he's rather good, but when it's a pressure moment and he's got time, he fluffs things.

For all the 'stick' he gets, I believe most City fans WANT him to do well, and the frequent singing of him names substantiates that. The Gareth Barry / Milner detractors don't do that for those guys.

I'd argue that most fans find him more frustrating than anything else. It's not dislike, it's wanting him to relax a bit, and become the same hero that Aguero and Tevez are.

ooooo oooo oooooh Edin Dzeeeeekoooooo

Considering he is so incompatible with our system he isn't doing too badly. Honestly at most clubs he'd probably be told to always stay in the box and wait for crosses as he is technically average but has good instincts in the box. Some of his passes and first touches are incredibly poor but he keeps popping up with goals. Wonder if he will benefit from Sinclair.
