I never understand this love for Dias as capt material, but that aside, you're not a captain if you need the band to get you in top form.

Based on your metric Rodri, Akanji and Ake deserve it way more.

I also think he could make a good manager in years to come. He’s such an intelligent footballer who understands what’s needed at the time.
