Selling Tevez will be folly IMO. Let him go on a free is a worst case scenario, and I'd rather that than lose him and then have to try and replace him.

I suspect that he'll end up staying because from a footballing perspective replacing him will be much harder than 11 million euros.

Exactly

Its hard to find a player who can score 17 and had 10 assists who is worth less than 20 million.

Tuttosport says Juventus have offered £8.5m but it will rise to £12.7m if they reach the CL semi finals and win Serie A.

Ha what a f****** laugh what if they win the Champions League do we get a bonus!!!

It says if they win the league and reach the champions league semi's...the fee could reach €15 million.

Not when you replace him with someone on half the wage.

The Juve forums are as bad as ours... :D

Just pay the extra $#@!ing €3m and be done with it. If we can spend 4.5m/yr on Iaquinta, spend 12m on Martinez, waste millions on players like Elia, Krasic etc then we can easily afford 3m for Tevez.

JUST PAY THE $#@!ING €15M!!!!!!!!

Well, they might have problems to pay anything.

Juventus are one of 41 Italian clubs that got a visit of uniformed Italian finance police this morning.
An investigation into agents, not the clubs themselves.

Ole in Argentina is claiming the transfer has been agreed. But I'd wait for word from Sky Italy or City/Juventus.

If he does go, we NEED a striker considering Mario left in January, Aguero can pick up injuries and the bad Dzeko can turn up from time to time.

-- Tue Jun 25, 2013 5:21 pm --

Not a disaster as Tevez will not extend his contract.
