Carragher getting abuse again

Ooh these football fans are terrible aren't they.

There was a bloke stood next to me at the Emirates yesterday who just kept shouting encouragement to the City team and abuse at Arsenal all through the game.

Never shut up once. Such a shame the stadium was so quite, almost serene at times, except for this hooligan.

I'm sure the players can't concentrate with all that noise going on.

I was so cross that on the coach on the way home I could hardly concentrate on my copy of Viz.

I've only been attending games since 2009 so I'm not sure if it's always been like this?

I guess so.

Same as driving at 31mph in a 30 zone is unlawful.

isn't there a discretionary 10% on speed limits though as well (could be wrong)?....therefore possibly not as black and white as disturbing the peace, verbally abusing a stranger etc.

What he has done in the past is irrelevant. He had consequences for it and if the family he spat at chose not to press charges thats unto them.

Two wrongs don't make a right and there is no excuse for this type of behaviour. Cowards the lot of them.

Whilst it shouldn't change there is a difference between inside the stadium behaviour and outside. I remember one of the few times I had talksport on Adrian Durham spoke a bit of sense for a change how fully grown adults change into absolute Neanderthals when it comes to being in a football enviroiment. These are probably parents, in good jobs, behave normally through the week and as soon as weekend hits they behave completely differently. It is odd, had they had been driving alone yesterday I doubt they would have felt the need to abuse Carragher.
