Not sure about the decision to be honest it's a tight one but what needs to be addressed is Chico Flores' antics. He's known for it and even his own team mates have kicked off in training about it.

On the rugby pitch I would have dump tackled or crashed into them later as well as having a word.
On the football pitch I would gone in hard and had a word.
On the street I would probably hit them back.

Still have not answered what he should do. I guess you are a believer in turning the other cheek. With camera's, millionaire footballers and red/yellow cards for hard tackles you don't have many options.
