CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

I have given up trying to explain to idiots.

I am getting to the point where i am just going to punch the next twat in the face.

Arguing about something they know fuck all about. They get their narrative from "The Sun" "You are guilty because you were fined"

Standing there like gormless fuckers sneering.

Top and bottom of it is,they hate us,jealousy etc.

We always knew this would happen.

Fuck all the haters,

Never mind giving up trying to explain things to them! Why did you even bother trying to in the first place?

Fuck ‘em as why give a rats arse what these retards think about anything...

I really do think it was less intentional here than it seems. I think he was having a different discussion than the rest of us, though, probably unintentionally.

I think he is still very bitter about the tax evasion case.

Not for me bud. It's the 'if', that gets me. The way he says it, the shrug and smirk. Loathed to mention body language, but it is there. He knows what he is doing and how it will be interpreted, without taking real responsibility for it.

The headlines and how it is re-told will tell i guess.

Could be, can’t argue against Mourinho, of all people, attempting a master manipulation.

Either way, I think his words will be interpreted in the manner necessary to create maximum conflict and media engagement, as is the case with basically anything uttered these days.

Absolutely agree about Klopp — he’s own admitted ignorance ran riot for his moronic statement.

But, to be fair to Mourinho (and I very rarely am), I think his point was that we shouldn’t have even been fined if we were not guilty of violating FFP (i.e. the “noncooperation” charge is stupid).

As I have said in other posts, I think his comments are directly related to his tax evasion case, for better or worse. He may have been guilty but is trying to convince himself he was not. Or he may have been innocent and thus feels aggrieved for having to cop the fine he did at all (as he sees it as the government using him as a sacrificial lamb).

You're giving him the benefit of the doubt as he stated it in terms in which you could consider he was being either anti UEFA and anti decision whereas its being portrayed on SKY as exactly what I suspect which is that weve been fined so we must be guilty. His previous musings on the subject of our charge heavily intimate he meant the latter.

This bullshit the bitter rags and dippers (and Mourinho) are giving out about the fine means that City must have been guilty is brain damagingly desperate in the extreme. It's the equivalent of someone being found not guilty of murder but then fined for dropping a piece of litter on their way to court.

Got this today from a Blades mate from when I lived in Sheffield. Not claiming I am ITK at all, and neither is he, but I know hes a very straight guy who knows a lot of peops in football......Can’t say to much but I know someone at a high level that was party to the conference call yesterday morning at 7.30 they had not got a clue what the outcome was going to be to say there was a lot of jumping up and down including pep is an under statement the 10 million will be paid pocket money

Or are looking for it. You may well be right but I don't think he's having a go. Klopp on the other hand.

True enough.

He didn't say it for me to look for. He knows plenty will be looking for it. Least of all, City fans.
