I really don't put much stock in his comments he simply wants to quit England over a persecution complex.

It would preclude a sale of Dzeko, as we would need to retain a target man.
But a sale of Tevez, added to the fact Suarez is rated at £40m by Liverpool, means our actual outlay would prove real value for money.
Nothing behind this, just throwing it out there. Rooney is another option that we can't be closed-off to, should Cavani continues to test our patience.
There are clearly players out there who would do a major job for us, despite Cavani seemingly being touted as the be all and end all.
