Cavani Speculation/News 3 (or 4)

Horrible man, but would love to see a partnership of Aguero and Suarez at work.

I really don't put much stock in his comments he simply wants to quit England over a persecution complex.

I'm sure the fact clubs such as Madrid and Bayern have tapped him up is much closer to the truth.

Playing devils, he would dovetail beautifully with both Aguero and the inventiveness which we are bringing to the rest of the side.

It would preclude a sale of Dzeko, as we would need to retain a target man.

But a sale of Tevez, added to the fact Suarez is rated at £40m by Liverpool, means our actual outlay would prove real value for money.

Nothing behind this, just throwing it out there. Rooney is another option that we can't be closed-off to, should Cavani continues to test our patience.

There are clearly players out there who would do a major job for us, despite Cavani seemingly being touted as the be all and end all.
