Barca and La Liga is one thing, it's allowed there, City and Premier League is another - it's not allowed there.

And Falcao is Colombian, probably partially owned by some drug cartel :) that doesn't want to get rid of gold egg so easily.

If they don't want to be paid then there's no much you can do. These guys are sometimes taking as much as 50% of all players income for life (for ex. Dinamo Zagreb's boss Mamic was taking that much from ex Arsenal's Eduardo, they're on court now as Eduardo stopped paying).

Guess those South American gangstas wouldn't fancy courts if player would try to say no to them.

Fair enough LC, but we had done a lot more groundwork on the Hazard deal too, invited him to our stadium to top it off as well!

The past suggests Chelsea don't fuck about when it comes to transfers. They pay the asked fees and get their man.
