Pep said he knew Rogers would be good.I am a regular watcher of academy games & have been since the days of Denis Leman, John Gannon & John Clay etc etc & never in a million years would I have predicted that Morgan Rogers would become the player he is now. He was very underwhelming at youth level. At the time he was on competition for the left wing spot with Jayden Braaf. Of the 2 Braaf was the one who looked like he would become a genuine world class superstar. I've checked on Google were Braaf is now. He is playing for Salertinana in series A in Italy on loan from Hellas Verona. He's previously had loan spells with Dortmund & Fortuna Sittard so his career has gone in the opposite direction to Rogers. It just shows you can't always say with 100 per cent accuracy who will likely make the grade from youth team to top level players.
