They're not in europe anyway, so are no longer subject to sanctions from UEFA, just PL, unless there is some sort of miracle about to happen at Leicester.Leicester aren't a credible and consistent long term threat to the G14.

I meant media coverage rather than FFPR, Leicester were a nice story in a year when the dippers and rags were also rans and everyone knew they'd fade away, so they've never gotten the negative coverage we do.They're not in europe anyway, so are no longer subject to sanctions from UEFA, just PL, unless there is some sort of miracle about to happen at Leicester.
You wouldn’t believe how easy it is to access email and user data. Normal IT engineers can access user’s old mail (.pst and .ost) by a simple command. .pst’s usually Hold up to 2Gb, while .ost’s can be as big as 50Gb. Imagine how many emails that size would hold. The command \\(computername)\d$ will give you access to a laptop’s partitioned d drive which is where most laptop users store their old mail. Server admins can access data on servers where each person has their own space allocated. Normal users can’t access these, but certainly administrators can. All it takes is a disgruntled ex or current employee or say a contractor. You only have to do a quick search to find memory sticks and portable Hard drives to hold this data which can fit into a pocket.I am not sure at the level of the Champions League we can claim to have improved the product to a significant degree, but we have displaced an English snout from the trough and clubs like Bayern are probably wary of City's potential. We've already weakened them in a way by taking Sane and De Bruyne from German football.
I don't know who is responsible for stealing City's emails. I was just looking at it from the point of view of who would benefit. I don't know how easy this sort of thing is to do.
City have links to a state. Some parts of the media don't like that, but they don't seem to mind when the European Championships or World Cup is on, nor do they ever seem to investigate other clubs. They find their moral compass when City are involved.
If related parties can’t sponsor - what about Bayern Munich. Adidas, Audi and Allianz have 8 per cent shareholding’s in the club and seats on the Executive Board. The allegations re who paid the sponsorship can be settled in the respective accounts of the sponsors. If Etihad have said they paid us x it will be in their accounts. This is a witch-hunt. If Qatar want to give PSG £200m a year in sponsorship that’s down to them and why should UEFA question it.
They're still related parties if they own shares and are in a commercial relationship with the club.Because they are not related parties as they together (and it is independent companies) do not even have the 25 % to have a block minority.

Yes, they are. They have an interest in the value of the club and they're increasing the revenue of the club.Because they have investments? No. Not if this investments do not extend to any control over what happens in the club.

They're still a related party. They're owners, even if part owners, putting money into their asset through a commercial deal. For sure they have - but not that they would e.g. invest more than needed in a sponsorship as they only profit for 8% - it is 92% others that benefit...
