I am sure it has been said, but this is the folly of cup football. Real Madrid are not the best team in Europe, and they know it (as Rodrygo has mentioned), yet they will be paraded as such, and Bellingham hailed as some modern messiah gracing the game with his virtuosity, as hyperbole overwhelms reality. Once yer get past di Stefano, Santamaria 'n Puskas what is there to like about Real. SFA, I would say. Dortmund clearly didn't take heed of the games we played against Madrid. The simple answer is that every chance has to go in, 'cos as sure as tapas is tapas Real will score with every shot.
