I'm doing Manchester to Dusseldorf 19:50 Thursday, arrives 22:20, Dusseldorf to Istanbul 10:40 on Friday, arrives 14:50... so a nice 11 hour lay over in Germany - £228. It was £187, but the price went up whilst I was going through the payment process, which was nice of them.
