It's possible the same could happen here, but our CL games this year have been pretty well ref'd. Maybe UEFA perversely wants us to win to create a new storyline.

True apart from both games against Liverpool where we were absolutely f#ckd over by poor decisions. Should have been 3-3 going into the second half at the etihad.
Also dont agree that they have average players. They have quality throughout and generally Tuchel has them extremely organised. The final will be a close game imo. We are more than good enough to beat them but they also have enough about them to turn us over if we aren't at it.Because we were knocked by teams like Lyon and Spurs who were weaker than this Chelsea side
They play awful football for how expensive their squad is and kind of force the opposition to play the same way. Arsenal and Leicester gave them a taste of their own medicine with waiting for mistakes and lobbing it into channels. With our centre back selection yesterday was wondering if it might hint at Pep using all 3 of Stones_Dias_Laporte in the final, we always look a bit lost playing 3/5 at the back though.
I hope not tbh. We look far more comfortable with a back 4.
