I had mine on the uefa app at Porto easy enoughA few updates from our meeting with the club today.
There are roughly 18,000 people on the Champions League scheme.
We will be purchasing our tickets directly from UEFA - not City. As someone else mentioned, all tickets will be mobile on the UEFA app.
In order to buy tickets, supporters will be given an access code. The club can distribute codes that only grant access at a certain time, so that we are still able to stagger sales to cup scheme members and different point levels.
We have asked the club to require supporters make an expression of interest to receive a code. This would like be done on our normal ticketing platform. The alternative would be providing every single cup scheme member, then potentially all season card holders and even a large number of Cityzens with a code. So, it should make things a bit more manageable and we are liaising with the club over potential accessibility issues to the site and tickets.
18-25 and Junior Pull through will be available and will likely also require an EOI.
As far as I am aware, UEFA will not allow supporters to choose their specific seat. Only the category.
18-25 and Junior pull through still requires to be on the cup scheme I guess?A few updates from our meeting with the club today.

I am really not sure what a fair bit of this means. Expression of interest?A few updates from our meeting with the club today.

Not being able to choose your seat is a bit of a kicker considering the price we’re asked to pay.A few updates from our meeting with the club today.

Was trying to word it as best I could. Essentially, we are looking at going onto the club’s ticketing portal, purchasing a “ticket” for free and then being sent the access code to the UEFA sale. I was trying to avoid the word ticket (hence EOI) given that you aren’t necessarily guaranteed a ticket to the game if you ask for a code.I am really not sure what a fair bit of this means. Expression of interest?
For Porto final, tickets could be transferred via the app anyway, so even if they bought one then they could in theory still transfer it to a mate anyway and it would then be in the ticket holders name, rather than the person who originally purchased it. Much like our ticket transfer systemWhat's stopping someone with high points on the cupscheme giving the code to their mates to obtain access to the ticket portal?
And are names to be printed on tickets?
