Champions League Final | Ticket Criteria | SOLD OUT

Can't answer that one. All season ticket holders should have received an email to the address they have registered with City.

Well, sorry, but I'm still pretty confused. I fished out the e-mail I got from City, and this is exactly what it says:

“An access code cannot be used for multiple fans and fans can only request one access code per account. Alternatively, fans can request an access code on behalf of the friends and family listed on their account.” (My emphasis).

That does not, to me, seem to imply that they are themselves season card holders. And I can't see what point there'd be in them having the access code transferred to them, if they're excluded by UEFA from being in the draw for a ticket.
Maybe it means that I could have purchased the ticket, but only in their name. In which case there would have to be some procedure for transference, obviously, so it amounts to the same thing.
I'm not labouring this point. It's no skin off my nose either way, since I'm not going, and neither of the friends/family on my account were interested. But it seems worth clarifying for people on here.

One code-per-person. One person = one customer = one account.

Friends and family can be listed on your account but they are all individual account holders. You can apply for a code for any of them if they have a season ticket.

Yeah but whoever on f&f had to be ST holders to be eligible for a code.

Was that info passed on from the club directly to branches as original info on the OS said everyone had to apply for an access code but it didn’t guarantee a ticket. Still unsure why OSC members are allowed to bypass the system on this and many other occasion. Not after an argument but genuinely interested in why branches were getting a slice of the allocation this match in what would appear to be in a different way to SC holders
You seriously think that the OSC would invite ticket requests from members without being led to believe there was going to be a ticket allocation.

I don’t know what you mean by Branches being directly messaged that all tickets would be direct purchases from UEFA for season card holders. I run a Branch and didn’t get that message:sent to me as Branch Secretary.

Do you think sponsors, corporates, players friends and families etc will be using the season card system?

I use my own points and if there had been clarity from the start I could see both sides of the argument on the point if OSC allocations. To reduce the chances of people getting a ticket retrospectively is a piss take IMHO. Also, shifting the goal posts at the 11th hour is a piss take too just like the problems with the Brentford away tickets and Madrid at home for Cityzens.

People might forget their dislike for Supporters Clubs if they turn up at the Etihad next season and find that their season cards have been reallocated to tourists or there’s been a last minute decision to increase the cost of season cards.

Let’s not forget that the closed shop on away tickets was created in part by a vocal minority on forums like this insisting that there shouldn’t be any iD checks on small numbers of away fans

You could only request a UEFA access code for friends and family if they were eligible for one in the initial stage which closed at midnight last night - ie. Seasoncard holders.

Pretty straightforward really not sure why so many people confused. Also download the UEFA ticket app ready on phone for when you get access code ..

is it the ticket app. i thought the ticket app is just for the ticket to be stored in, not purchased . i thought the tickets would be purchase through the UEFA web site

How do city decide who gets a code. Ok the ones at the top are fine when there’s 20k tickets. But what will happen when there’s only a couple of hundred tickets left and there’s 1000’s still registered for a code. A ballot I suppose ???
