I think this will be simpler than we anticipate for most, It just seems over explained for some reason with confusing wording that really doesn't help.

Only thing they haven't properly clarified is who gets emailed the access codes. As an example, I applied for 3 codes through my friends and family on my account as I'm always the one that sorts away tickets out and cup games etc. the email suggests to me all access codes will be sent individually to the account holders registered email instead of sending them all to my email as the one who "purchased" the access codes creating a massive ballache. The entire point of applying for them on my account was so I could be in control of purchasing all 3.

Did the other lads you applied for get sent their own emails this morning too? My cousin who I applied for as well hasn’t received anything

I don't want a Cat 4 if I'm at pitch level. Thinking Cat 3 might be a safer option with regard the view.

You don't get to choose, you could be at pitch level in any category. Even on the €690 tickets. Piss poor from UEFA, you could last time.

Do Uefa tickets go on open sale? I thought you had to apply for the ballot.

I wasn’t in a ballot for the Porto final.. Just jumped online when the open sale started.. Lots of pressing F5 but got one

Yeah, same e-mail as I use for City. Seemed a lot easier to update it than you though - I just updated it in the portal

Glad you got it sorted.
My issue was my log in email and UEFA ticketing email wasn’t the one I use for City.
So I thought I would have issues as the two emails wouldn’t match. So I tried to change the ticketing one but it wouldn‘t let me, although I could change the log in one.
I sent them a message and they said they could change it if I sent a copy of my passport, presumably to check I wasn’t trying to hack someone’s ticket.
