Champions League Final | Ticket Criteria | SOLD OUT

Oh I don't see it as a last leg, I would go to every game I could and finals after this one if my bank valance wpuld allow, but I don't see it as the be all and end all when it comes to competitions, I won't miss a league cup or FA cup no matter how many times we win it, however the champs league is an expensive con job and so once done I can resign myself to saving some money and still devoting all to the 3 domestic competitons.

I have been in the champ league scheme from the start and had to pass up on a Porto ticket because of other finacial expenses at the time which in hindsight I am less bothered about than at the time obviously
Kind of agree - I can live without the group stages, it’s a con job and it will get even worse when it’s inflated the year after next.

I’m going to stay on the scheme but I’ll mostly be giving my tickets to my son, unless he can miraculously get a season ticket himself.

There’s a world of difference between traipsing down to Wembley for FA Cup semi-finals than there is for a CL Final. Anyone who thinks demand won’t be through the roof if we get to the CL Final next year is deluded.
Yeah maybe but just like this season if you're on cup scheme you'll have the opportunity to buy a ticket though.

The tickets aren't though once signed up, you don't pick and choose which games you buy your all in or out.
No, but if you see the majority of home cup games you save a few quid per game which partially compensates for the ones you miss.
I still favour points only criteria though that is a different discussion.

Not sure if this happens but does anyone think the club hold back tickets in every category for each drop or are they released all at once?

I think City do hold some back when they control the process, like the semis and finals at Wembley.
I’m not sure what UEFA would do though. I think they would probably just release everything.

It won’t be £2000 for the final next year. No flights are needed, just the ticket. Season ticket holders with high points who aren’t on the scheme won’t want to miss out on a potential Wembley final.
Depends on your definition of high points. Can't believe there are many on more than 17k that aren't already on the schemes.
