Tried to put my booking reference in the seat together box but it wouldn’t work when buying my mates ticket today… Does anybody have any contact details for UEFA to try and sort it? Ended up buying the second seat without my code

I had to open a new account with UEFA under my Hotmail is use for City. It wouldn't work with my Gmail is used previously for UEFA. That's why I didn't get an email I think.

Made no difference to me either. Different email to the one city have. Got my confirmation email of purchase etc.
