He can't expect to be injured for the best part of 18 months, score only few goals and still make the lineup. Besides these are special circumstances are our squad is limited for the season with the FFP ruling. Under normal circumstances both Jov and Bony would make the team.
So I don't think it's harsh at all and that he should understand this, talented as he is. Maybe MP made a special deal with him that he would start more league games in return or it's possible that he's lined up to be part of a Pogba deal.
What's with this Pogba deal? There were some rumours last week that City was trying to include Pogba in any deal made for Jovetic with Juventus.
If its a goer whether Jovetic plays in Chumps or not over two legs when we have YAYA out for the first I cannot understand. Yes but he's Yaya, can we afford to leave him out? Look at the recent games, I wouldn't be taking the risk..
Why not play Wright if Hart goes under? Would you trust Wright who's made exactly nil major game appearances for us in three years and very little European experience over Cabellero?
Much stranger things have happened over the journey.
Sides have played with one keeper in the rnd of 16 and beyond.

Jovetic will be gone in the summer and will be deadwood for the rest of the season.
His fellow Balkans, Dzeko and Kolarov, will feel empathy with his "harsh" (in their eyes) treatment and their performances will reflect this in support of their teammate.
Strking/attacking options from the bench will be reduced by his exclusion.
Caballero or Boyata ahould have been axed.
Bollocks. Absolute bollocks.
Hart gets injured and we're down to Richard Wright if we leave out Caballero. Boyata is only in ANY of our squad lists because we need to meet the home grown quotas. It's also impossible to predict how Kolarov and Dzeko will respond to the situation because taken in isolation, we've probably only got two more games in Europe this season.
As far as strikers go they're both bulky, hold and link up play, only Bony's superior pace allows him to run in behind defenders also.FantasyIreland said:leech said:Think it should have been Dzeko as he's almost exactly the same kind of player as Bony

1. Happy with that at the end of the season
2. Fucking delighted with Kolarov leaving, Dzeko as collateral I can cope with
3. You talk like they have been quality all season (except Lampard they offer next to nothing and no difference will be felt)
4 Boyata is our HG player so couldnt have been axed
I thought about that as well but I think the injury record puts Dzeko over the line ahead of Jov.leech said:As far as strikers go they're both bulky, hold and link up play, only Bony's superior pace allows him to run in behind defenders also.FantasyIreland said:leech said:Think it should have been Dzeko as he's almost exactly the same kind of player as Bony

I understand what youre saying but all three will be gone in the summer and i'm pretty sure they know it,so I doubt their attitude,as a result of this new episode, will be much different to what it was.
What am I getting wrong?FantasyIreland said:leech said:As far as strikers go they're both bulky, hold and link up play, only Bony's superior pace allows him to run in behind defenders also.FantasyIreland said:You been on the sauce...?
