I know you consult these pages regularly to get tips on selection, tactics, and systems. Why then has it taken you so long to listen to our much stated opinion that inverted wingers are wank?
I've heard tell you are a stubborn so and so, quite unwilling to admit that we know more about football than you do.
You said we looked like the old City. We did. The old City specialzed in stretching opponent's defence and making the pitch wider and wider, hence facilitating cut backs and tap ins.
When we do that, we are sublime.
So, if you play inverted wingers against the rags, I SHALL BLOODY SCREAM. Got it? Good.

I was going mad when I saw position of the free kick after so called pass back and gob smacked they were allowed to retake the corner. Not only that how can a player get booked and a free kick awarded to opposition. They even thought it was a penalty after referee and var dismissed, unbelievable Jeff

I switched over late as I try to miss the pre match crap. I just saw the keeper doing a drop kick and thought he must of taken the ball outside his area before he started his goal kick. But the commentary team said it was for picking up a back pass.
The position of the free kick would indicate handball ie, my drop kick point.
If it was for the back pass it should have been in the penalty area ?

I think the point about the Chelsea player getting booked and award the free kick was the ref bought play back to a foul on the Chelsea player before the Chelsea fouled and City player ! ie the first foul played advantage.

Fyi the goal area is the 6 yard box, not the penalty area. The placing of the free kick yesterday was wrong
