My eyesight isn't what it was, but it seems the ball possibly went out of play as well as the player being offside. Correct decision anyway.

The linesman flagged, the referee gave an indirect free kick, not a goal kick. Chelsea forward thinking he can avoid being offside by staying off the pitch.
