The Luiz transfer was wrapped up in the Quatar / Russian conspiracy to secure two successful World Cup bids - which took in a FIFA, UEFA the French President, The Russian President and obviously Ambramovich and quite a few other heads of state etc. - it's taken a few years to start to uncover how Germany cheated their way to the 2006 World Cup - The Kaiser will probably end up in prison st some point - the Russian / Quatari plot may taken even longer to uncover but the Luiz transfer was clearly there to save Chelsea in relation to FFP - PSG knew they were done for but with Napoleon senior in their corner and Napoleon junior on the payroll they knew they'd be okay in the longer term.
 
Chelsea can certainly win ugly under Conte.

A lot of the performances during the 12 wins in a row haven't been great, but they are getting the results.

Very, very efficient and clinical team.

They've won 1-0 four times in that run. Which is apparently a good sign for them.

Yet at 1-0 away we were getting pelted for it.

It's amazing when a different narrative is added to a situation.
