Oh well, if we win the league, Chelsea will have their excuse. Probably be Arsenal's excuse too.
They always blame injuries.

If that happens, they'll have excuses and we'll have this:

Besides, Chavs sold Lukaku, they've no excuse. Same as last year.

I know, it's just whenever WE win the league, it's always because soan so had/did such and such. blah blah blah.

If costa is out for a good 6 weeks dont even think chelsea can go get another player in can they hows their squad for foreign players allocation and ffp ??

They already have 18, 17 if Torres goes. Doubtful they can bring in anyone non HG unless they're under 21 which isn't Maureen's style.

Re Costa.He had a hammy didn't he and Madrid played him in the CL Final. I honestly don't think it has repaired properly. Look at Stevan and Sergio..Minor injuries become long term issues. Think it's all about how they get managed. I fully expect Costa to be playing in a few weeks against us,however if they push him he could be looking at a 6-8 week lay off if it goes properly

3 hamstring injuries in the six weeks or so leading up to the champions league final. Simeone pushed him to play when Atleti were trying to get their noses over the line in la liga and the cl imo. These injuries could become a very regular occurrence for him now.
