He has a right to expect it because to be paid for the rest of his contract becuase that's what was agreed between Chelsea and Torres.
I imagine when that finishes(after his loan spell at AC) he ill have to take a huge pay cut if he doesn rediscover his previous form or Utd bid for him

Can see shrek being hard to move on in a couple of years time. Probably a situation like we had before where we were paying most of the players wages while they get loaned out.

How about this way! Chelsea won the league 3 times in 10 seasons.
They did not win it in the other seasons as they did not have Jose Mourinho.
Teams should be aware of a team that has a complete look about them.
