They need to realise their anti-Sarri agenda is by necessity also an anti-Maureen, anti-Ancelotti, anti-Di Matteo and anti-Conte one as well. That squad are continually letting coaches down and have turned on quite a few.

The thing I've learned this season is that Chelsea fans aren't really that bothered about seeming hypocritical. So since they took a dislike to Sarri very early on, which has evolved into outright hate and abuse (he is regularly called a tramp and a bum etc), they have decided they must get him (and his love-child Jorginho) out of the club by any means.

Come on Eden, sign for a decent side and let these twats disappear back to the dark ages where they belong.

No fans are bothered about hypocrisy. Every fan group likes to attack the manager's playing style and paint it as something obsolete and senseless, or boring and unattractive, or obsessive and inflexible, when results are bad but if that same playing style had them leading the pack they'd call it revolutionary and genius.

I realise it's grossly unfair to be asking you to answer for others with whom you don't agree, but who on earth do they expect to agree to come in and take over if the players are in complete control? Again!

Lots of names have been bandied about - the most realistic (but equally depressing) has been Blanc.

Zidane, Lampard and yes, Mourinho 3.0 have made the rounds too.

As you can see, we don't exactly have the most of stable/sensible fans in the world.

On twitter, I've essentially muted words like Sarri, sarri-ball, and even "sarribollocks" (that's a favourite for them, it was even trending after the Bournemouth game). I live a peaceful existence on social media these days :)

Kepa was feigning injury to wind the clock down anytime City got a little run together. He faked it so much the bench even believed it.

I would have prefered willy between the sticks if I were a chelsea fan.

Bit of Karma when he let Agueros penalty roll under his hands
This.

I know you wanted Sarri prior to his arrival, how do you feel about him so far?

I found his inflexibility quite infuriating, but we saw a different approach yesterday, so hopefully it's a step towards him being a bit more flexible when a particular approach isn't working. His loyalty to certain players is equally infuriating - Willian, Pedro, Alonso especially have no place in this team, but they have been in the line-up virtually every single game, also persisting with Barkley is a problem when we already have better players in the squad. My biggest gripe with him has been how he has handled Hudson-Odoi.

But aside from that, I think he has done well enough considering what he was tasked to accomplish and what he was given to work with. This team was built for Mourinho/Conte football, so asking Sarri oversee a complete overhaul in style with players ill-suited to his football is a tall ask. I believe in his football and I think he will get it right if given the time and the backing in the transfer market - if is to be given neither, then this has all been a giant waste of everyone's time.
