Possibly.
It was mostly the walking down the tunnel bit that left me a bit baffled. Was he really going to abandon his team right in the middle of a game, before a shootout? I know he didn't actually walk out, but just the idea that he thought about it is bonkers.
Surely Sarri showed a very weak reaction in that situation, he didn't boss it at all.
Instead of walking away he should have stood on the line by showing his clear intention and waving Kepa to the line with a smile,
if needed get his hiding captain involved until Kepa comes off.
All in all very poor and telling about the internal situation.
