Chelsea v Napoli

Hardly biased beyond belief.

It was about as biased as you can get away with. Hearing "Get in!" and "Come on!" from commentators is bordering on "biased beyond belief" isn't it? And as someone said, overlooking bad decisions against Napoli while doing the opposite for bad decisions against Chelsea - this is just intelligence insulting, but it is no surprise as most British (and American) media coverage seems to target the lowest common denominator. Same reason The Sun, Mirror, and Mail are the three most popular newspaper in this country while The Times, Guardian, and Independent aren't.

It really isn't a crime to want proper balanced coverage of anything, be it news or sport.

The commentary was a bit biased but I enjoy it when the commentators get into it a bit! I suppose in many ways ITV and their commentators have a vested interest in an English club getting through, as it will boost their viewing figures and make them more money, I'm pretty sure that without an English team in the last 8 viewing figures would have experienced a drop off to some extent.

Turn the volume down if it annoys you so much. I thought the coverage and the game were great entertainment.

Drogba played a proper strikers part tonight, him going down helped them keep hold of the ball, if it was Balotelli for us we'd be saying fantastic that.

Doubt Balotelli would ever get some of those freekick decisions towards him.

Anyone thinking tonight, how vulnerable that Napoli defence looked, why couldn't we exploit their weaknesses?

Yep. Been on my mind since the second goal, the ease with which Chelsea took them apart in the air.

All I can remember is us trying to thread passes through impossible spaces and getting hit on the counter.

David Luiz never get the credit he deserve from English commentators.
Maybe because he's inconsistent and usually gash?

Hate Chelsea; utterly despise them, I hope they play Madrid or Barcelona and get absolutley done in 10-0 or I hope we do them in that score line next Wednesday!
