I completely understand what Wagonman is saying, the match day forum has its fair share of whinging posters, never satisfied and think we are entitled to win every game. When we kicked off the season there were plenty calling for Pep's head, it's just ridiculous and football is cyclical, being the only club from England to qualify for the CL since 2011 takes some doing, the club and management have done a great job.

To be honest as someone who braved the mudheaps at Halifax it would have been a bigger disgrace losing tonight given the way the modern game is.

Sure, although Murphy said Foden should be starting more. Premier League wasn't mentioned.

Two things I think we can agree on.

First, Foden’s pretty well undroppable now (apart from normal rotation) and that‘s what matters going forward.

Second, Murphy‘s a lightweight. I don’t think he does any homework and can‘t even pronounce players’ names, let alone know who’s playing for us regularly.

Foden was class. The subs obviously made a huge difference.

Cheltenham deserve a lot of credit, they were superb. And their manger is a very likeable bloke. Good luck to them for the rest of their season.

No idea why the Mendy haters are out in force. I thought he did pretty well. Kept possession, defended a bit, fired in some excellent first time crosses and had a superb effort saved off the line. After hardly any game time, I'd call this pretty decent tbh.
