Despite being ideally positioned (at Connnell college) for the normal A34 route to Bramall/Macc we have inexplicably had a tour of Ashton and the M60. Now we’re sat on the A6 for the foreseeable future. The only redeeming feature is that the driver has no

Think the idea was to avoid the lights at Alan Turing Way by the stadium because they’re on red in all directions for about 20 minutes for pedestrians leaving groundgreat going, shite coming back. oxford road has 4 platforms that can get to piccadilly on platforms 13 and 14 but i was saying surely they could run a circular service for a couple of hours before and after the game. what does it matter if football fans get delayed for 5 minutes?Almost every train I've travelled on via Oxford Road Station has had to wait patiently outside Deansgate Station until trains coming from Liverpool/N Wales have gone through. The Ordsall Chord is almost never used because of this. Oxford Road Station has only one line through to Platform 14 at Piccadilly. A line that also travels to the Airport.

You’re right. I thought you meant for the coach to go M60 A34.We were parked the right side of that at the college. Straight out and into Longsight. The closed lights work in our favour from there
