I'm fine with pitch invasions, I can accept them for what they are. But if anyone breaking the goalposts gets caught and punished, im not going to be mad about it.

Forest have also been charged with the same offence and I`m certain Port Vale did. Had we (or the idiots) not broken the goal posts or the slight nudge onto the Villa goalie not occured, then maybe we wouldn`t be up for a fine.

The drama of the game I meant.No we didn’t. There was no drama or excitement watching idiots jumping around the pitch & surrounding opposition players. It’s pathetic; illegal & inconveniences 45,000 other fans.
3 goals in 5 mins was the drama and excitement.
Pathetic is a bit strong as opposed to raw emotion.
But each to their own I suppose
In fairness, so many other similar incidents from fans of other clubs, as already mentioned in this thread, also deserve(-d) investigation, yet authorities do not seem to give a fuck...In fairness, it's deserved
Can someone please provide a realistic assessment of the possible outcome of these fucking charges? What the fuck are we looking to here, in terms of punishment? Thanks in advance...

So we are punished for a pitch invasion, fair enough if them are the rules.
What punishment did utd get for their fans invading their pitch and getting their game vs Liverpool postponed? ?

The club won't fight the charge and will actually take the complete opposite approach and support it.Hope you’re right. Let’s see if the FA are happy with this explanation
We'll receive a pretty insignificant punishment but with the threat of a more significant punishment if it happens again. The club will then put out a statement accepting the charge and use it to try and prevent future pitch invasions.
And it will be a very sensible approach.
