Sadly this is the downside to Platinis ill thought out FFP.

His idiocy will just end up costing fans more and more. When the fans have gone what will the clown do then?

Im going watching our girls on sunday, ticket price is £2

Agree with this but it was the moneybags teams that voted for it e.g City, Chelsea, Man urinal etc and if memory serves only got passed by 1 vote at the EPL´S meeting
I don't know who you support but if you are going to come on here accusing City then you need to get you facts right
City certainly did not agree with FFP, either Platini's or the FA's version

-- Mon Mar 24, 2014 9:08 pm --

Very easy to see why they are doing it.WB fans refuse to come at that price (rightly so IMO) therefore more tickets for City fans (I`m using that word carefully,as I`d be more inclined to use the word Plastics/Tourists) who unfortunately will be prepared to pay that amount if we are in with a shout of winning the league.
If thats the case its just morally wrong.

Stop talking crap. I would like to come to this game and bring my nephew who is the future of our support. Whether you are a superfan such as yourself or a plastic who has been going since he was 7 years old such as me, the pricing is prohibitive.

I`m assuming this is a Clarkie ?
i certainly don't think he read your post

We voted against it mate and if reading hadn't abstained when they were going for a no vote we wouldn't have the Premier League version.

OK mate.I thought it was a Clarkie at first.I do wonder if City are deliberately attempting this ploy though and if so they are showing contempt towards their own.
Looking at all the positives on here (ie,fans up in arms about it and virtually to a man agreeing its a rip off) maybe the MEN should do something ? ;)

I have little sympathy for what we charge fans of other clubs as when we travel away we are charged Category A prices at every ground. My season ticket works out as around £30 a game. If I want to watch us play at Norwich I have to pay £50 and around £55 at Fulham. Two teams who play turgid football in grounds that, although they have character, have poor facilities.

I wish we could charge fans of other clubs what they charge us to watch football at the grounds of the team they support.

Well if that were the case we wouldn't be charging West Brom £56!

Have you ever thought Norwich or Fulham fans are in no way responsible for ticket prices in the same way City fans are not responsible for the price of tickets for West Brom?

Regardless of team were all being shafted.

Needs regulation across the League

Not enjoying seeing tiny away allocations at City. None of the City fans who sit in their place sing.
