If any one has contacts with the Press or MCFC please use them

A mate of mine is good friends with Leon at the official City website. In fact, myself Leon and Carl all travelled together with a few others in a minibus to the match in October. I did a reversal at the ground that you'd be winning at half time and we'd win at full time at 30/1 and Carl has still got the frigging slip in his wallet, so I wish he'd hurry up and get up to cash it in. I'll see if I can get in touch.

Thanks Mark (Crump) for some detail

As you know mate, it comes through on the drip and I still don't know the half of it. It's just an awful awful situation. One of his staff came in the pub the other night, gutted, in tears, saying he's never known anyone such a laugh or so kind, etc. People always say that kind of stuff but it's just bang on with Rambo. I'm not half missing my mate.

The phone ins on Saturday will be a good Time for City Fans to Mention Carls Situation .Piccidilly .Century & GMR al have them so if you get a minute anyone ,please have your pennies worth

Can somebody repeat the best way to make donations. Not clear if the paypal thing is still going. Is there an account you can transfer directly to?

Over the last couple of days the media have at long last took an interest in Carls plight. The Express & Mail have been in touch with Ian. Don Frame from The MEN have been back in touch . Channel M are interviewing the family on Monday and Century Radio are also doing an interview.
The appeal is gathering pace and is presently at £4,200. Please send cheques to Andrew Ramsbottom at 100 Miller Street Heywood.
For more information please contact Ian on 07852826150.
We are contacting the Official supporters club and the Centenary Supporters Association to see if they can offer support and/or assistance.
Many thanks to all who have donated, keep up the good work.

5 a side comp would be quality should get a very good response if we post it around a few of the City forums and spread the word to friends. Possibly post it on local clubs forums like Rochdale, Bury, Oldham, etc.
