Depends on what you view as more important

I mean even if we win on the pitch we will be outsung in the stands.

I dont think that will be the case . Last time we played they were just there for the fun of it. This time it means something to them. If we go ahead by a couple of goals they'll prob just have a drum banging minus the singing .

Personally I thought the Dortmund fans were the best. Not the loudest, but they sang non-stop and it gradually wore our support down to the point where we stopped singing. It was a constant din.

For the colour and passion Aris were the best. Amazing support.

Poznan were great as well. Plenty of variety and bouncing.

The best goal celebration was Napoli. When they scored I've never seen fans go so mental.

PSG and Ajax were just c***s. Nothing more than looking for trouble and giving in the big one for most of the match.

Madrid's support was dreadful. How their players get motivated by that kind of away support God only knows.

Just my take on our CL away fans so far.

Dortmund was the best performance from a visiting club - fans and team - that I've ever seen play against us.

Their fans marched to the ground singing like some kind of army and kept it up for the whole match. I can't see it ever being bettered.

I think that was because we put in a dog shit performance that night.

I Hate to admit it but I feel almost any clubs supporters would out sing us we are not very loud unless it's against Chelsea or united ..hopefully I'm wrong and we show some pride In The stands instead of watching them takeover our stadium like usual.. Plus I'm expecting to see some empty seats ..it would be shameful if that's the case

And plus when other supporters sing they actually sing In unison and on time ..I love what someone in here said "we sing like we're in a race of who can make it to the end of the song first" no rhythm

This forum is becoming so depressing....and sadly it's getting worse. It seems to have attracted so many absolutely miserable buggers with doom and gloom views on all things City......and not just on this topic.

This particular guy is basically saying that we are the worst supporters in the land, cannot sing properly, show no pride and just watch ''them take over our stadium as usual'' along with empty seats.............. I think you had better check your script again mate and see if you have missed anything out????!!!!!........what a pile of ****.

Regardless of the dog shit performance, which wasn't that bad tbh, their fans just f***ing kept on singing, one song after another, for 90 minutes.

We couldn't get going. And when we did, it felt pointless. They just wore out our already poor support in comparison.

They did have decent support there is no denying that I just think that so far in the champions league we have started really slowly and the atmosphere has suffered because of that. One could argue that the fans should raise the players but that doesn't happen often any more.

Personally I believe the best fans to visit eastlands were poznan(huge numbers), aaris and napoli.

Agree about the slow start.

We always seem to be on the back foot and behind before the team and the fans get going. It would make a nice change to take the lead for once.

As for Poznan. 1000's of Poles who didn't support Poznan turned up that night. They just wanted to watch a Polish team.
