City Fans V Bayern Fans

Just looking at the atmosphere at Celtic Park. Wish we could recreate that!

I Hate to admit it but I feel almost any clubs supporters would out sing us we are not very loud unless it's against Chelsea or united ..hopefully I'm wrong and we show some pride In The stands instead of watching them takeover our stadium like usual.. Plus I'm expecting to see some empty seats ..it would be shameful if that's the case

And plus when other supporters sing they actually sing In unison and on time ..I love what someone in here said "we sing like we're in a race of who can make it to the end of the song first" no rhythm

This forum is becoming so depressing....and sadly it's getting worse. It seems to have attracted so many absolutely miserable buggers with doom and gloom views on all things City......and not just on this topic.

This particular guy is basically saying that we are the worst supporters in the land, cannot sing properly, show no pride and just watch ''them take over our stadium as usual'' along with empty seats.............. I think you had better check your script again mate and see if you have missed anything out????!!!!!........what a pile of ****.
Doesn't mean I'm wrong and if your telling me we don't have a problem with empty seats in beginning of matches or the singers are not singing together as a whole then maybe you should read your script..I'm actually not negative on bluemoon I try to be upbeat and positive about things if you can't take someone's opinion then forums are not the place for you .. I know my assessment is pretty accurate<br /><br />-- Tue Oct 01, 2013 1:59 pm --<br /><br />

Not always the case mate. Recently I agree the atmosphere hasn't been as good but occasionally the etihad has been rocking. The main one that I remember is the hamburg match a a couple of years ago. Unbelievable atmosphere. I imagine champions league knock out rounds will be like that.
I hope so ..i want to see us really get loud and make it difficult for the opposition ..in the past few years it seemed like we had no home games because away support would go totally bonkers at the etihad and you saw the away teams feed off that..I hope we bring it this year

Remember Aberdeen holding there own against them a few seasons ago.

Shit Luca Toni, Just a shit Luca Toni

Anybody know where the Munich fans are meeting for a pre match drink in town tomorrow? Thanks

Nobody will ever come close to those mad Greeks
Aris are on another planet to anyone else who've been. Unbelievable fans.

They didn't just sing monotonous boring songs like the German fans do, neither.

Dortmund was the best performance from a visiting club - fans and team - that I've ever seen play against us.

Their fans marched to the ground singing like some kind of army and kept it up for the whole match. I can't see it ever being bettered.

Dortmund best for me, famtastic fans<br /><br />-- Tue Oct 01, 2013 9:24 pm --<br /><br />

Personally I thought the Dortmund fans were the best. Not the loudest, but they sang non-stop and it gradually wore our support down to the point where we stopped singing. It was a constant din.
I think that was because we put in a dog shit performance that night.

Regardless of the dog shit performance, which wasn't that bad tbh, their fans just f***ing kept on singing, one song after another, for 90 minutes.

We couldn't get going. And when we did, it felt pointless. They just wore out our already poor support in comparison.

The attempt at were not really hear was embarassing, would love it to be like that for us!!

Looking for ward to the chants and atmosphere.

Last time they were stuck in the 3rd tier. This time they will be in the away end. Probably won't be much loved lost after the FFPR/money comments by Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Mr Tax man himself, Uli Hoeness. Not to mention being the Manchester United of German football. ;-)

Hopefully the night won't be Dortmund-esc, where we took a mighty beating on the terraces support wise. :-(

Bayern has very good away fans...

That is from the Supercup against Chelsea...

I like the last of the videos of that user most as I like the footballers celebrating with the fans - but the next videos of him are from during the match...

In Prague they were loud during all of the match. And against Arsenal there was only one set of fans singing - it was not the Arsenal fans...

Bayern fans singing "Football is coming home" against Arsenal...

Any videos of you going behind or getting beat by 3 goals?

Want to get myself in the zone for what to expect!!

We gonna take you down!!<br /><br />-- Tue Oct 01, 2013 9:30 pm --<br /><br />

Samaras is a gypsy

The best Euro fans I have seen are Aris and Lech Poznan . The big teams like Bayern Munich Juventus and Real Madrid have been poor supporters .

shouln't do but i think its piss funny when the germans sing songs in english at us.
