That’s true and City have obviously accepted that. However it does show the PL is particularly incompetent (or worse!?) in that they have left it so long before applying sanctions. They gave us a warning after the first transgression.

My dad always used to tell/shout at me "CAN'T YOU JUST BE QUIET! I'M TRYING TO SLEEP! I'M ON NIGHTS!", so in a roundabout sort of way I suppose you could say that he sort of taught me the same lesson...My Dad always used to tell me “ a wise head keeps a still tongue “.
The PL statement is here
It covers both home and away fixtures, couldn’t see any reference to other clubs being sanctioned,
The fine is no problem. The selective release of information targeting one club is another own goal by the PL leadership. Just proves discrimination which is part of our case.If that's genuine (and it is on the PL's site) then why 2 seasons fines in total just a month ago? You'd have thought they'd put charges in at least at the end of each season if not after each game? Did they have to put them on hold whilst the 115 charges were resolved and if so does that mean we're just waiting on the release of a statement on them or am I overthinking this?
The PL have already previously fined Crystal Palace for the same thing. https://www.lawinsport.com/topics/n...-of-league-match-requirements-under-rule-l-31I'd also like to think we've give the Premier League enough rope to hang themselves with by co-operating and accepting the fine.
Like someone else alluded to this is another example of the PL targeting just us and nobody else.
perfectly put.Funny that having a match delayed over 24 hours by allowing a violent mob to enter your stadium doesn't warrant any sanction whatsoever?
