We will definitely visit The Fergie Bar. On Thursday after the match, looking for a pub that will be open until last customer, means us ;]
As for the Shambles Square, that's for sure we will be there before sunday's match between Man City & Arsenal.
If I can, I have one more question. Any pub or club with pool/snooker table or dart near the Ancoast street?

The black dog underneath aflecks palace, you can rent pooltables by the hour think its £5 p/hr good burgers pizza etc about £7.I've been in a couple of times nice bar quite new

Thought it usually cost about a fiver to watch poznan play!! However, £25 compared to premier tickets isnt too bad!!

The one on oxford road isn't the best one (there're 3), though they're all decent enough. Get to the one off deansgate behind kendalls. Make sure you buy a loyalty card when you go in - they're 4 quid each and you get cheaper beer with that, but the best thing is that they give you loads of vouchers with it, like 2 for 1 food, cheap shots, 2 for 1 on loads of drinks, they're class.
