I have no clue. It could be a simple rewrite with shareholder loans added, or it could be a total rewrite if that amendment of the APT rules.

I suspect the PL think that it’s the former and will try that first and see if it gets voted through.

The FMV database and onus changing on who decides FMV are the bigger elements that will help us moving forward. Imho.
