I lost the energy to forensically follow all this ages ago. We tend to get charged, appeal and win. It’ll likely be the same in the 115.its the same as the 115 charges.
They have thrown so much that they just hope some sticks.
I suspect whatever the verdict, the panel will come to the conclusion that 115/130 etc charges are ridiculous. Clearly padded out to make things appear worse.
The court of voluntary jurisdiction. Conducts its proceedings in English and 'recognises' only those statutes which are 'recognisable for the purposes of the court'. Since nobody knows what this means, the 'lawyers' do not like to spend too much time rehearsing jargon and citing 'cases', fearing that the whole spiel be ruled out as 'inadmissible'. Hence, justice is rough, not to say ready.I liked it when somebody suggested producing evidence and it was duly produced only to be ignored / rubbished / requested for a second time. Bishop might not be funny but this place is hilarious at times.
So presumably in PL world if 110 are thrown out and 5 charges are proved we can tell the world we won 110 to 5its the same as the 115 charges.

There’s enough evidence to dig out masters and pl colluded with each other , if those shitty clubs were given any trace of sweeteners , than all our 115 charges should be dropped immediately.Void and nullI'm hoping there is more to come out but we're keeping that in reserve for our present ongoing 115 case.
It would be quite delicious if we had proof that Masters and his redshirt cronies colluded to stitch us and probably Newcastle up. Also that shitehouse clubs like Bournemouth and Brentford were given sweeteners to side with them.
Both Labour and the Conservates stated legislation to prevent breakaways would be introducedYesterday felt like a major Juggernaut coming through called Manchester City.
The only thing the powers at the top table (Premier League) could control to a point with the off-the-field Business.
But Now Manchester City has finally shown its muscles and true intent in wanting to stick around forever and not go away, You think you have seen something on the field of play that you'd never thought possible by Manchester City, Well yesterday was bigger.
The after-effect of watching the rats jumping ship in the media and having to write the truth that victory was all on Manchester City's side, Even today News that Manchester City have written to all the clubs stating the true FACTS about the real verdict,
I heard today that the Red-Top Yanks clubs have called a behind-closed-doors meeting and want out of the Premier League and form the Breakaway Super League. hahahaha
We should cut it into the pitch like the old days when we used to do fancy lawnmower designs.“UNLAWFUL. UNFAIR. UNREASONABLE.” would make a lovely banner if 1894 have got a bit of spare change…….just saying
It’s beginning to look inevitable that an independent regulator is required. To sum it all up it's a full blown crisis for the PL and it has massive implication for one of this countries biggest export earners, I wonder if the government might have to intervene to settle this down
