City launch legal action against the Premier League

It'll never happen mate. The red mardarses are everywhere. Unless we can clone stefan then I'm afraid we're goosed.
Even if we did get on all these red infested channels and podcasts they will still turn round at the end of every show and "ah but...".

They are all sheep, brainwashed by the red media.
A noble cause City (we) are fighting.
It's a tough battle which we may lose, but never give up. NEVER!

The rags and dippers have recently been on the market at premium valuations.

There was NO interest in the dippers & the rags could only sell 25% of their club, leaving the excellent Glazers in control.

The monolith that is Manchester City & CFG and our growth and success, has undermined the historical values of the cartel clubs, they are years behind City on most of the critical performance matrix.

Additionally City’s unblinking, debt free growth in Manchester and abroad,is widening the value gap and as such will be making potential investors squeamish at paying premiums for ‘failing, debt saddled’ clubs.

The yanks are stuck with their low investment /high return strategy, additionally the new financial rules, introduced at their behest, have created unintended negative consequences.

Finally, there will soon be changes in the executive management of the PL hopefully reducing or eliminating the malignant influence of the cartel, & the involvement of the Government Regulator should also deliver more control and transparency.

IMO....the cartel have never had it so bad !!
It's looking rosy. (blue roses of course!)

Double like

It's laughable that so many comments elsewhere are along the lines of "Leicester got off on a technicality". No, they were cleared because the PL hierarchy are so incompetent that they were unable to draft PSR rules that were clear and unambiguous.

It's little wonder that City challenged the legality of the amended APT rules, they were probably drafted by the same bunch of fuckwits.
Technicality my arse, what about the hotels chelsea sold to themselves. What about that academy player that they sold to Strasbourg I think, a club boehly owns, for a ridiculous sum despite having not really played. They're not even trying to be cute about it, they just don't care. Masters and co. are the ones being cute.

Make no mistake about this if City win the case the PL will be in for a radical overhaul and Masters and co positions untenable. Then there is the cost of damages ………

With what is at stake there is very little chance of information leaks into the public domain one would think !?!?
Masters may have damning info on Parry, Gill and others that might preserve his position for the time being.

It will also be interesting whether any revelations have been found from WhattsApp disclosures etc

So, we're 40% guilty then. How many titles do we have to return?
Not guilty at all. If any substance to the comment it just absolves PL of 40% of the charges relating to their APT rules - which means 60% of them are wrong. We were not being investigated
