Massively torn feelings on this. Love City, love the brand to expand and gain a major foothold in the U.S. market ... but partnering with the Yankees makes me sick.

Can we get Claudio Reyna involved? I believe he is now a technical director for youth football in the US, or something like that. And he used to play for the New York Red Bulls, so knows what football is like in that area. Plus, he's one of our own of course.

Can this create an opportunity where we "sell" some older City players so they can do a stint in the MLS?
This might help with FFP?
(The type of player might have been the likes of Vierra, Maicon, RSC?)

(Blooding some younger academy players in the MLS may also be more attractive to some of them than playing in the lower English Leagues?)
