City matchday presenters sacked over podcast (P6)

He's very poor. 'On the Buses' style humour doesn't cut it anymore and he was a disgrace at the Sheff Weds match. Either the club will get rid or his mouth will get him sacked. Either way, the sooner the better.

Ooooh, Arfur!

The Sheff Weds half time show was a bit much. When he sends kids off and takes the mick out of kids in front of 40,000 people it is a bit much.
Rip the shit out of adults, that’s funny.
When the kids play a match at half time they would have been looking forward to that for ages. They didn’t sign up to be a stooge in one of his sketches.

At least this guy reminds me football still has some banter left rather than some come-lately in a padded jacket asking me to stick around for a couple of minutes so I can be seen in the walking shot back across the bridge from the EDS game.

I saw an Asian tourist filming one of the betting booths with his phone camera yesterday.

Yes, he was filming people placing bets at a betting booth. I'm sure he'll show the grandkids that!

These 'supporters' are a complete joke and laughing stock... but hey, the only way they could possibly have gotten tickets in level 1 for this game I feel is our own season ticket holders deciding to ca$h in on ViaNoGo.

What did he do against sheff wed? I didn't notice anything apart from his usual.

Anyone else notice was it the sheff wed match again when he took food and drinks and had bites and sips from
Kids hotdogs I would told him to buy me another one - waiting in that queue of an eternity

It was the usual "look at me" approach of taking the proverbial out of 7 and 8 year olds in front of 30,000 fans. Upsetting little kids by giving 'comedy'free kicks and sending them off to force a laugh at their expense.

I don't want to sanitise the game but he is unpleasant.

A double edged sword I think he has to entertain 30,000 adults as well as having to organise the kids.a fine balancing act

Safe to say the Sheff Wed fans didn't like him!

Personally I quite enjoy him, although the way he treats those kids in the half games is still wrong, for the reasons already stated on here.
(although, you never know, they could be in on it)

Also noticed the below quote on the SWFC forum

Man city have turned into such a cringeworthy club and the half time entertainment epitomised that.

I hate to say it, but I think there is an element of truth in that. I wouldn't quite describe us a "cringeworthy club" but since the takeover I've never really liked the way the club try to connect with the fans.
Who could forget that embarrassing "Bluffers Guide to MCFC" back in 2011...
(<a class="postlink" href="http://www.theguardian.com/football/2011/may/12/manchester-city-bluffers-guide" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.theguardian.com/football/201 ... fers-guide</a> - for anyone that has)

Even The AWAY fans find him funny, has a good mix of being serious & Fun! People need to get a life "aimed @ You can't do that! The world is shitty enough without being told what you can & can't do. (within reason of course) IMO
