City not answering the phone

The ticket site is basically fucked, I updated my Cup scheme payment details last week. Now when I go in to check I'm getting an Error, same when I try to check my Credit Cards.
 
When they do eventually answer no one seems to have a clue. Rang up yesterday to see when direct debit payments would be coming out for Leipzig, guy on the phone didn't have a clue.
 
The City IT system is obviously badly flawed, poorly designed, and that is creating many issues that supporters are unable to resolve without help from supporter services, who, incredibly are out of reach. If City had IT that was perfect, no let's be generous 75% fit, then there wouldn't be a need for an army of helpline folk.
The fact that hundreds, maybe thousands, of fans have queries of one sort of another that has overwhelmed City's phone lines is evidence of serious incompetence.
I have missing points, that had been listed, from my account for the Norwich, yet Leipzig points are listed. The Norwich points went into the ether. Can't speak to anybody, not even going to try phoning, too many hours lost previously this season already.
 
Don't you have to opt out rather than into the 3 cup schemes? That's what I noticed on my account.
 
Sorry I misunderstood.

Go to your payment details again and look at your expiry number 12/9999. I think you need to click that and it should give you a drop down where your correct card shows?
Hi mate, the details showing 12/9999 are to do with my direct debit for seasoncard.
My credit card details are on their correctly (i just didnt want to take a photo of my c/c details as it had my full name showing - you know what its like with lurking Rags/Dippers on here)
