Does anyone else pay for City+ but find the App on the firestick awful??

Got it last year to watch a bit more of the Academy but it’s useless, il get notifications on my phone to say u18s kick off so il open on the app on my tv and nothing, either the stream doesn’t start or there’s just nothing on the app.
Yet if I log in on my phone I can watch it no problem.

Yesterday got a notification that citys season review is out so I opened the app and it’s just not there. Yet again I can watch it on my phone via the website no problem!

It’s not the biggest worry in life but it’s bloody annoying!

drove me daft, sent me a text saying my account had expired and would have to rejoin, eventually after numerous unanswered e-mails on my part, they said i would be reimbursed, looked at bank statement, they had, Six f'kin times, still cant log on, can never speak to a Person, a disgrace of an operation for a club with City's ambitions

Its very poor,and very frustrating,even more so considering our status in world football.

I have paid for it from the start,yet it has let me down on several occasions.

City need a new IT dept if that app is anything to judge from.

I think it’s top.

The only slight gripe is that, on my tv at least, I miss the first 5 seconds of every clip. I can hear the clip has started but the screen is black / black with the little blue circle spinning round.

Other than that it’s very good.

Like all of City’s digital infrastructure, it’s some shit white label product that someone has made a half arsed attempt to skin with the club’s branding.

The website, online shop and ticketing portal are all the same.

For the amount of money we pay them as “customers” and the resources at their disposal it’s a disgrace and wouldn’t be acceptable in any other sector.
