Just had a look on Arsenal-mania. They genuinely believe they were robbed and that 6-6 would have been a fair result. They also claim they gifted us 4-5 goals. I hate rag fans but these arsenal lot run a close second. So deluded and bitter it's almost laughable.

What was their excuse for Napoli, utd and Chelsea. Were they robbed in all their games against 'top' opposition? Someone call the wambulance!

"Champion...champion"

The look on Khaldoon's face as he says champion is very telling

I think a new contract is on the way very soon Samir, judging by Khaldoons "man love".

Whilst Bobby was all threats and bluster and never carried them out seems Pellegrino is actually sticking to what he set out

• I'll give you a chance to prove your as good as your think you are
• if you don’t take your opportunities your dropped
• If you play well you’re in the mix
• take this for granted your dropped
• show no improvement your fired

All with suitable amounts of TLC and support but its brought out the best out of the squad look how happy they seem compared to last year when we score its brill to see and this tough love is proving infectious

Was not worried about the handball, thought it was the right call since it ricocheted off his leg first.

Do think we were fortunate with this one: <a class="postlink" href="https://vine.co/v/h2IlOxJE1x1" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">https://vine.co/v/h2IlOxJE1x1</a>

Nasty tackle that from yaya on giroud

That is a horrible challenge and definitely should have seen a red card.

All I can say is that equally Giroud has gone in studs up off the ground too and missed the ball, if he had made contact with Yaya then that is a red too, not that it is excusing something quite naughty.

Yaya was going for the ball. Giroud set himself up.

Not sure about that, but the tackle isn't as bad as it looks. Goes for the ball, gets his foot on the ball, but rolls over it onto Giroud. Could easily have been seen as a red, but no malice. Tackles like that often look miles worse on a slow-motion replay than they are.

Lose badly to us, and did Wenger ever win against Jose? They could begin to stutter....

In these pivotal clashes, it is a long way back once you fall behind. In the fourteen matches so far this season between Arsenal, Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool, Tottenham and Everton, no side that has conceded the first goal has recovered to win the game

Man City v Everton?

Here's another amusing Arsenal write up: <a class="postlink" href="http://justarsenal.com/amazing-stats-show-different-side-of-arsenals-clash-with-man-city/29106" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://justarsenal.com/amazing-stats-sh ... city/29106</a>

From top to bottom they have got to be the sorest losers I have ever seen, but they have always been like this, they have this sense of entitlement, one of the most horrible club and set of fans I have ever seen

amazing how giroud kicking the ball into the net when everyone has stopped playing, equals a disallowed goal, and how bendtner's clearly offside goal is all part of the conspiracy. Fair enough zabba "may" have given away a penalty, but was it a deliberate act, most definitely not, although if given I would have understood because he motioned towards the ball.

I cannot remember the 2 potential offside goals scored by munich last week receiving any of this scrutiny.

looking forward to seeing Arsenal fold like a pack of cards, will be a joy to watch.

In my experience, all real football fans are sore losers. Being reasonable, fair, and rational, that's for rugby union fans - and let's face it, they don't care in the same way we do.

Our Arsenal friends are hurting and hitting out, that's all The real villain of the piece is Michael Owen, who fuelled all this stuff with outrageous bias during the course of the game. I think Owen sees some advantage for our rivals in pointing out decisions going our way at the Etihad.

Amazing to see how far this topic has dropped down the line in just 3 days. So much has been happening with the CL-draw and Leicester coming up.
I just watched the highlights ever since we beat Arsenal. What a terrific game and what a way to beat them. We are playing some total football the way loads of people admire it. And still we manage to give the manager something to moan about. But it's not just the football, it's the harmony withing the squad that glances of the fans faces. Hope we don't get too spoiled and remember we are still Man.City.

Zabaleta and Fernandinho both motm for me. Pity Aguerro had to went off, Kompany such a presence at the back, Silva not wanting to come of for he was so enjoying himself but needed to be protected against himself, Milner the man who cam practically play everywhere and shows such great professionalisme to others ... ah, well, it was a days to remember.

Yet we are still 4th ... ;)

I'm not trawling the web for these. I was on the City section of Newsnow and the headline here grabbed my attention.

<a class="postlink" href="http://redlondon.net/2013/12/17/picture-toure-goes-in-to-break-girouds-leg/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://redlondon.net/2013/12/17/picture ... rouds-leg/</a>

Could that be a slight exaggeration or was that Toure's aim.

Had to laugh at the reply to this comment

That game btn Arsenal and Man city was a concipiracy against Arsenal.two clean goals were ruled offside,a penulty for handball not awarsed, a corner ball called for goal kick and dangerous play by Yaya Toure on Giroud not sported by the officials!

They're fucking desperate to cling on to anything which shows that they were hard done to. They're trying rewrite the fact that we absolutely destroyed them. In another few weeks they will have convinced themselves that they actually won the game.
