Navas and fernando were shocking. Kompany looked a shadow of his former self but I'll put that down to his injury hit campaign, MD was poor for much of the game also. What really disappointed me was the complete lack of urgency from the team at 0-2, with 20 minutes to go we could still have forseeably gained a point but the team didn't believe and were sluggish and wasteful for the rest of the game. We've not been great for a few weeks ago now which is a shame as we'd been playing brilliantly after the bayern game. Hopefully once yaya amd bony are back we can make a real go of the CL and FA cup, we need to beat chelsea if we're going to win the league this year IMO.

Poor team selection, whole raft of abysmal individual performances (notably Milner, Demichelis, Zabaleta, Kompany and Navas)
Can't think of a single chance we created - against a chronically piss poor Arsenal side including the likes of Bellerin, Monreal and Coquelin.

To be a great team - you have to be a complete team in my opinion and we are NOT.
Our wing play and crossing has to be the worst I've ever seen in my life.
We are no threat from corners/set pieces because of that. Our crosses in general stink. Navas on one side and Clichy on the other - OMG that is tough to watch.
Wonders if money on another striker (Bony) was well spent - when our dire need is ANYONE who can give us width....EFFECTIVELY.
Watching our tries to cross the ball makes me physically ill.
Until we fix our wing play (and back 4) - we will not be complete....nor great.

Inept totally inept, however it would be a big mistake for anyone to write us off, but I have to say the standard of our passing and crossing was awful today.

I didn't understand why milner came off at HT. I would have put him right and taken off Navas who was having a mare.i♥city! said:Navas for the cup games. Milner , Jov and Silva to start ALL games from now on until Nasri returns. The EDS boys can't possibly do worse than what Navas did today.
We concentrate so much o four play on the right and actually got in plenty of good positions but Navas final ball is sooooooo bad. If we had a stringer player there today we could have made a game of it.

not having Nasri and Yaya was telling today... all the defensive focus was on Silva... now hopefully, the section of the supporters that believe that Milner is better than Nasri and that Yaya can be lived without are seeing just how wrong they are...
