I was screaming for Kolarov to take that last corner from the right side. I just can't understand why we don't use left footed players for right corners and vice-verse

The corners from the right were awful. big swerving balloon balls. What can any attacker do wiht that? What happened to the ball in to the front post for MDM to flick on?

Gotta hand it to 'em - That was a well drilled, high energy counter attacking performance. The only way to play at the Etihad, but there's no need to worry since it took the meanest defence in the league to actually pull it off against a City team missing 3 key players. Keep your heads up. They're still behind you anyway.

Just wasn't our night. Poorest performance at home for a while from our attacking players. Nothing went our way on that front.

Thought Navas was comfortably our MOTM. Was excellent all match and a real threat for them. Dzeko and Negredo were both equally poor. Jovetic marginally better when he came on.

I feel kind of bad for Norwich. I expect us to come out and whip them pretty good. Good news is that we are still second and Arsenal are away at Liverpool this weekend. I expect us to go top again on the weekend with Chelsea and Arsenal below us. This season is not over and we will come back from this stronger.

Yes very weird. He just doesn't get that some games require 3 midfielders. And frankly Edin and Alvaro just doesn't work at this level.

We were second best by a mile, strikers were awful but we missed ferna hugely. Aguer I too playing in the pocket could have hurt them. We need cover in cm, I said it before the window and we are going to pay for not strenghening in the window. Just hope we can beat them in the cup cos they think they're far superior at the moment.

Uncalled for. Give him credit at least for being in the position to shoot. He had a poor game shooting but it is horrible how he is your favorite scapegoat.

Well for the game it wasn't good at all and its better that it happened at this stage than later, some players are missing

Don't know if this 2 strikers up front will ever work against compacted teams( Bayern & Chelsea )

If some were thinking barca will be trashed 5-0 here a reality check

some players have to be up for it and hope it will be a lesson for the upcoming final against Sunderland
